Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for appointment on a contract basis for 1 year (12 months) under the PSDP project titled “Medical Equipment & Devices Innovation Centre (MEDICen)” at PCSIR Head Office Islamabad. Details of the available positions are as follows:

Marketing Officer (PPS 7)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in project management and digital marketing or equivalent (recognized by HEC).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Public sector experience is preferred.
- Strong computer and communication skills, with practical knowledge of running marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in CANVA, SPSS, Illustrator, Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Must possess good work ethics.

Scientific Officer / Research Officer (PPS 7)

Number of Posts: 02 (01 in Islamabad, 01 in PLC)
Qualifications:
- Ph.D./MS/MPhil in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields, preferably with relevant research experience.
- Responsibilities include conducting research, design, and development under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Selected candidates will also manage research and development, as well as equipment and device operations.
- Public sector experience will be preferred.
- Must possess good work ethics.

Assistant Procurement (PPS 6)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications:
- BS in Economics with at least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in health-related projects or organizations.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
- Public sector or PSDP experience will be preferred.
- Expertise in handling IPAS, PMES, and familiarity with CANVA, SPSS will be an added advantage.

System Technician (PPS 6)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications:
- B.Tech or ICS with at least 3 years of experience.
- Must be able to run financial and project-related software, including AGPR tasks (release and re-appropriation).
- Experience in public projects and business development will be a plus.

UDC (PPS 5)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Intermediate with at least 2 years of experience.
- Must be able to handle financial records and AGPR-related tasks (release and re-appropriation).

Driver (PPS 2)

Number of Posts: 02
Qualifications:
- LTV license with 1-2 years of driving experience.

Naib Qasid (PPS 1)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications:
- Preferably with relevant experience.

Sweeper (PPS 1)

Number of Posts: 01
Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
