PEL is looking for Foreign Procurement Executive at its head office Lahore. Incumbent must have done BBA/MBA Supply chain along with 2-4 years experience.

Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Sending LC information to Suppliers
- Coordinating for LC amendment issues
- Ensuring timely shipment of all orders, monthly review of delayed shipments
- Follow up for NN and original shipping documents
- Ensure timely arrival of goods at port with the coordination of IL
- To update consignment status reports
- Coordinating with suppliers for short shipments/quality issues and their replacement/claim
- Monthly review of quality issues / SCAF (Suppliers Corrective Action Form), recording reasons, coordinating for improvements and claims
- Analyzing lead times and suggesting adjustments to planning
- Keeping record/Track of samples for testing with R&D.

Service Supervisor (Lahore) required at PEL Service Centre. Desired candidates should have B-Tech (Mechanical)/Equivalent degree from an HEC recognized institute with 2 – 4 Years of experience in running smooth aftersale service operations, , Complaint Management and customer satisfaction coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
