Position: Project Engineer

Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the execution of all civil projects within the real estate, including maintenance, renovations, and new constructions.
- Develop and manage overall project schedule covering entire scope within define timelines and highlight critical path & key milestones to complete project.
- Study of drawings (conceptual & construction) and site (layout, survey activities, and etc.)
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of supervisors, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely and completion of projects.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BSc Civil engineer with 3-5 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of MS project & MS Office.
- Knowledge about civil structure and civil finishes works.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Awareness of HSE protocols.
- Awareness of field quality testing.
