Key Responsibilities
- Manage card sales and key account coordination
- Onboard new accounts, including documentation and internal coordination
- Ensure post-onboarding account management and customer satisfaction
- Train forecourt staff on card usage and processes
- Prepare sales and performance reports
- Support management with operational requirements
Requirements
- MBA from an HEC-recognized institution
- 2+ years of experience in card sales or key account management
- Knowledge of card business and cashless operations
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
