One Network is hiring a results-driven Manager – Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships across telecom, ICT, power, and infrastructure domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with One Network’s service portfolio.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Lead preparation and submission of bids, RFPs/RFQs, and proposals.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company policies.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting.
- Coordinate project handover with internal teams post-award.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of business development experience, preferably in telecom, ICT, power, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of winning contracts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
