We are seeking a competent legal professional “Head of Legal” responsible for contract drafting, legal review, and managing the organization’s legal affairs. S/He should be able to draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Provide legal advisory on credit, recovery, and operational matter. Manage litigation and disputes.
S/He should be LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution with 8-10 years of experience in Banks / NBFCs / Microfinance / Financial institutions.
The position is based in Karachi.
