We’re Hiring Assistant Manager – IE
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee process optimization projects to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct time and motion studies, analyze workflow, and recommend improvements.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members in industrial engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ERP software. Hand on experience on MS Office & Other Business Suits.
- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in a textile industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other productivity improvement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Qualification: BE Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience: 04-05 Experience in textile industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Sample Review: Analyze new season samples (customer-provided or PD-developed) before creating master/sealed samples.
Operation Bulletin Development: Prepare detailed operation bulletins using SAM-based data.
Costing & CMT Analysis: Provide accurate CMT calculations at the costing stage, supporting marketing order inquiries.
Work Simplification: Identify potential production challenges at the sampling stage and propose corrective actions.
Work Aids & Machine Selection: Suggest and finalize work aids (folders, attachments, guides) and machines for production.
Motion & Time Study: Conduct studies for new/critical operations during product development.
BOM Verification: Ensure accuracy in material consumption by verifying with physical samples.
Thread Consumption Calculation: Determine precise thread usage to optimize production.
Requirements:
Proficiency in ERP software. Hands-on experience on MS Office & Other Business Suits.
Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in a textile industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
