Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily branch operations, including loan disbursement, repayment collection, target mobilization, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Optimize branch workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage branch resources effectively, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Skill set required for the position:
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Time Management.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
Job Specification:
- Graduate or Masters
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferably in the field of branch operations.
