Sub Engineer – Rotary Equipment
Job Description:
- Execute routine maintenance on rotating equipment e.g., pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gearboxes, fans, motors, blowers, conveyors
- Inspect and analyze visual checks of seals for leaks, disassemble equipment, replace parts as directed, clean equipment, replace packing and gaskets, and repair as appropriate
- Ensure correct alignment of rotary equipment, using precision measurement instruments
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery according to schedule
Person Specifications:
- 10-15 years’ relevant experience preferably in textile sector
- DAE (Mechanical)
- Prior working experience of rotary equipment alignment
- Must be familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
