Netkom Technologies is seeking to fill the following vacancies in the RF department for its Islamabad (Pakistan) Office.
RF Level 0 (Reporting Engineer)
Multiple Positions
2 Years (Huawei Experience to be preferred) GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
Expertise and Skills:
Good knowledge of radio propagation theory & basic principles of a certain GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G mode.
Data collection & DT report preparation.
Expertise in RF Post processing tools (Genex Assistant, TEMS Discovery & MapInfo etc.).
Hands on experience to process performance data & DT Data.
Able to point out coverage & quality issues & abnormal events in DT/CQT.
Well versed in OSS KPIs & DT KPIs.
Able to Monitor OSS KPIs & prepare subsequent reports.
RF Level 1 Engineer (KPI Monitoring)
Multiple Positions
3 Years (Huawei Experience to be preferred) GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
Expertise and Skills:
Good knowledge of radio propagation theory & basic principles of a certain GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G mode.
Able to complete performance monitoring reports.
Able to analyze drive test data analysis reports.
Expertise in RF Post processing tools (Genex Assistant, TEMS Discovery & MapInfo etc.).
Identify RF problems in DT/CQT, output corresponding solutions, & independently develop DT/CQT reports & must be well equipped to handle common user complaints through DT/CQT.
well versed & having hands on experience of network planning parameters.
Able to Monitor OSS KPIs & prepare subsequent reports.
Have basic command of cell parameter planning principles.
Able to plan basic parameters such as frequencies, PSCs, & PCIs etc. for small & medium-sized networks.
RF Level 2 Engineer
Multiple Positions
8 Years Huawei Overseas Experience to be preferred, GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G
Expertise and Skills:
network planning based on network evaluation, including networking strategy, medium- & long-term traffic forecast, capacity & coverage solution, & LAC planning, & provide reasonable suggestions for long-term healthy network development.
Should perform in-depth & systematic analysis on KPIs, optimize the network, such as call drop optimization, handover optimization, interference optimization, data service optimization, & RF optimization, & provide key & feasible optimization suggestions.
RTWP Audit / RTWP Audit/FLM Follow up Plan.
UlResGrp Modification Plan
Weekly report submit & present to customer.
Network Director Monthly & Weekly Report
Network KPIs daily Dashboard
WCL Analysis (Daily & weekly)
Weekly work meeting with customer
Weekly Data backup
Daily Optimization changes implementation
Parameter & neighbor Audit
Data fill preparation for new site on-air (from MS)
Capacity evaluation & KPI monitor for Special event.
ME report monthly
Have technical management capabilities for large-scale network planning & optimization projects. Good communication & program writing skills.
