The person will be mainly responsible for the following activities:
•Ensure Manufacturing Compliance by implementing & assessing GI 21.010 & GI 21.908 through training, coaching & cascading of measures
•Lead the goal alignment team.
•Train & Conduct studies (Material balance study, EPQ, packaging loss, rework & cattle feed loss, energy loss etc.) & identify areas of improvement along with implementation of action plan with relevant stakeholders.
•Develop cascaded OMPs for all production plants & support functions.
•Cascading SMART measures to all levels of the factory, (MOR, WOR, DORs, SHOs) i.e. Factory Leadership team till shop floor.
•Ensuring effective Operational reviews at all levels to achieve business results.
•Building basic problem solving capability in the factory teams.
•Building of standards in the factory through standard routines process.
•Conduct MBS Production Capacity simulations for 5-10 years to ensure in time & optimum investments as per growth targets without any production shortfall by coordinating with Corp. Supply Chain, Corp. Technical & Plant Managers at site.
•Contribute in problem solving methodologies (GSTD, White Belt,Yellow Belt,Green Belt) as well as FI tools SMED,IPA,LTA in order to bring improvements.
•Conducting Benchmarking with other factories & markets & exchange best practices
•With one NCE concept, GA works very closely with LD pillar for Leadership Development.
Preferred Competencies from Past Experience:
•Good knowledge of NCE principles and NCE Practices. Good knowledge of GA in specific
•Good knowledge of SAP and SAM usage
•Strong understanding of Change Management, process improvement and business transformation.
•Coaching & Training Techniques.
•Experience of leading and developing teams
•Experience in programme management and handling critical situations
•Advanced Analytical skills
•Good Microsoft Office knowledge

Qualification & Knowledge:
•B.Sc. Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Industrial Engineer from an HEC/PEC Recognized University is mandatory.
•2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
•Experience of leveraging Goal Alignment to deliver considerable results.
