JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN INSURANCE SECTOR: National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a premier public sector organization and a leading name in Pakistan’s General Insurance industry, invites applications from accomplished, result-oriented, and dynamic professionals for the following Karachi based positions.

POSITIONS & QUALIFICATION DETAILS

01. Manager Human Resource

Duty Station: Karachi
- No. of Post: 01
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration or 4 years bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute /University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks. Professional certification in HRM will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in a reputable organization, particularly a public-sector corporate entity governed by the SOE Act. Candidates having strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, HR systems, policies and procedures, performance management, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement practices, along with sound communication and problem-solving skills, will be preferred.

02. Manager Internal Audit

Duty Station: Karachi
- No. of Post: 01
- Qualification: CA/ACCA/ICMA or 4 years bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from local/foreign institute/university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in insurance or financial institutions. Candidates having strong knowledge of internal controls, audit planning and execution, risk assessment, compliance, financial and operational review and reporting, along with sound analytical and problem-solving skills, will be preferred.

03. Manager Takaful

Duty Station: Karachi
- No. of Post: 01
- Qualification: Master’s Degree or 4 years bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Finance/Islamic Banking/Business Administration or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute /University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks. Relevant certification in Takaful, Islamic Finance or Shariah-related disciplines will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably with a reputable Takaful or insurance organization. Candidates having experience in Takaful product development, underwriting, claims, Takaful operations, Takaful Window, re-Takaful, regulatory requirements and Shariah compliance, along with strong coordination and operational management skills, will be preferred.

04. Manager Corporate Affairs

Duty Station: Karachi
- No. of Post: 01
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Law /Business Administration/Public Policy or 4 years bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute /University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years in senior-level corporate, Board or governance functions, preferably in executive coordination, government/institutional affairs, with experience in the insurance sector, particularly CCG for Insurers, and/or public-sector corporate entities governed by the SOE Act. Candidates having excellent drafting, official correspondence, coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in Board/committee matters, executive decision support and regulatory compliance, will be preferred.

05. Manager Administration

Duty Station: Karachi
- No. of Post: 01
- Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration or 4 years bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute /university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in administration/operations management. Candidates having strong organizational, facility management, procurement, vendor and contract management, budgeting, coordination and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to manage administrative operations efficiently, will be preferred.
