We are seeking top talent for the following positions:

HEAD OF STRATEGIC PLANNING AND POLICY UNIT

Project Scale: PPS-11
No. of Positions: 1
Location: Islamabad
Age: Maximum 62 years on closing date of application.
Duration of Contract: 3 years (extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance).
Qualification:
- PhD (Economics/Public Policy) from a reputed HEC recognized National/International University with 10 years’ professional experience including 3 years’ experience at policymaking level in the field of Economic/Planning/Development
  or
- Masters (Economics/Public Policy) from a reputed HEC recognized National/International University with 14 years’ professional experience including 3 years’ experience at policymaking level in the field of economic/development.
Job Description:
Lead strategic national development plans, identify challenges, align with international practices, develop strategies, collaborate with various sectors, oversee research, data analysis, and formulate evidence-based policy recommendations.

HEAD OF SECTORAL TRANSFORMATION UNITS

Project Scale: PPS-11
No. of Positions: 1
Location: Islamabad
Age: Maximum 62 years on closing date of application.
Duration of Contract: 3 years (extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance).
Qualification:
- PhD (Economics/Public Policy/Social Sciences) from a reputed HEC recognized National/International University with 10 years’ professional experience including 3 years’ experience at policymaking level in the field of social sector planning & development or economic planning & development.
  or
- Masters (Economics/Public Policy/Social Sciences) from a reputed HEC recognized National/International University with 14 years’ professional experience including 3 years’ experience at policymaking level in the field of social sector or economic planning & development.
Job Description:
Strategic leadership for Uraan Pakistan’s 5Es framework (Exports, E-Pakistan, Environment, Energy, and Equity), oversee sectoral plans, conduct foresight analysis, engage with various stakeholders.

HEAD OF SUPPORT UNIT

Project Scale: PPS-11
No. of Positions: 1
Location: Islamabad
Age: Maximum 62 years on closing date of application.
Duration of Contract: 3 years (extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance).
Qualification:
- PhD (Public Administration/Business Administration/Management/Finance, or related field) from a reputed HEC recognized National/International University with 10 years’ professional experience including 3 years’ leadership role, preferably within a large project or organization.
  or
- Masters (same fields) from a reputed HEC recognized National/International University with 14 years’ professional experience including 5 years’ leadership role.
Job Description:
Lead administrative, financial, procurement, analytics, and support services. Manage multidisciplinary functions for large-scale development programs.
