CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER: National Clearing Company of Pakistan (NCCPL) is a licensed clearing house in Pakistan acting as a Central Counterparty in respect of all trades and transactions carried out at PSX. NCCPL is regulated by the SECP. Its vision is to provide efficient, effective and reliable clearing, settlement and risk management services having high standards in corporate governance, integrity, confidentiality as well as business and technology infrastructure.

NCCPL is now seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization, enabling it to meet the corporate objectives as set out by the Board of Directors. He/she will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight while fostering collaboration with stakeholders to drive innovation and growth, ensuring compliance and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.

The ideal candidate should:

a) Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or possess a post-graduate degree in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market and financial services or other related disciplines from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, or equivalent; and

b) Have a minimum experience of seven years in a senior level managerial position at the clearing house or has served at a senior management position preferably as Chief Executive Officer for a period of five years in any other company of a substantial size in the regulated financial services sector; and

c) Have demonstrated, through his qualification and experience, the capacity to successfully undertake the cognate responsibilities of the position.

Selected candidate will be offered a three (3) year contract (extendable) with market-based salary and other perks and privileges commensurate with the experience.
