Experience/Skills: Last year Students or Fresh Graduates
Job Description:
- Keep and maintain proper records of all legal documents including but not limited to records of SECP, Legal cases, Agreements, Board Resolutions, Trade Mark Registry, Lawyer Payments etc.
- To assist Senior Executive Legal in processing including but not limited to all types of Agreements, Undertakings, Affidavits, Tender Documents, Authority Letters, Tender Documents, Authority Letters, Different Notices etc.
- To keep strong follow-up with ADMIN/ LEGAL/ RETAIL team of Area Offices and Branch Offices for processing of these agreements and ensuring that all required documents are received from Area/ Branch offices without delay.
