Organization: Momentum Logistics  

Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing

EXPERIENCE: Must have 5-8 years of experience in International Freight Sales within the Karachi market

SKILLS

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding products, including import/export procedures, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
• Ability to follow up with existing customers, provide sales support, and communicate effectively with customers and counterparts.
• Proficiency in profitability and yield management for assigned customer accounts.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve assigned sales targets in Freight Forwarding (FF) products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local market.
• Demonstrate expertise in FF products, including operations and pricing.
• Ensure recovery targets are met for assigned accounts.
• Manage profitability and yield for the customer base.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of satisfied customers to drive immediate business.
• Adapt to a challenging work environment and evolving market conditions.
• Gather client feedback on quotations to align with their needs and expectations.
• Strategically target potential clients based on branch objectives and market segmentation to drive business growth and revenue.
