Job Description:

Overall technology lead for the region looking after Field Operations, RF Optimization & Planning, and Fibre Optic Operations.
Partner and adviser to the Regional Business Head (RBH) and key stakeholder in business planning.
Owner and driver of technology KPIs, SLAs, CAPEX and OPEX for the region with an equal stake in business KPIs shared with the RBH.
Build and lead large, diverse teams spread out geographically, traveling extensively within the region for field visits and to meet technology and commercial teams and external partners.
Lead the execution of strategic initiatives.
Partner/vendor management.

Essential Skills:

Telecom network operations & optimization spanning telco (RAN, Transport) and non-telco (tower, space, power) domains.
Ability to build and lead large, diverse teams.

Desirable Skills:

Project management; Data analytics.

Computer Proficiency:

Adept at using common productivity suites like MS Office. Should be able to identify and use appropriate software tools to analyze large datasets. Apply
