JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networking equipment, servers, and hardware systems.
• Provide hands-on IT support for the factory’s day-to-day operations, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor network performance and security, ensuring proper backup and data recovery protocols are in place.
• Train and support factory staff in using IT systems and hardware efficiently.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in networking and hardware.

EXPERIENCE 8 to 10 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of MS AX-Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing setting.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional system requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with existing manufacturing systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system functionality.
• Manage day-to-day MIS operations, including troubleshooting, system support, and user training.
