Mitchell’s is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager (Electrical) for our Technical Services department at our Plant.
As the Assistant Manager (Electrical), you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems and maintenance activities within our organization. With your strong electrical expertise, leadership abilities, and attention to detail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing electrical systems and maintenance operations.
- Provide technical support, training, and supervision to the team.
- Collaborate with the Manager to establish goals and strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve electrical issues.
- Assist in planning and executing electrical projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and develop maintenance schedules.
- Analyze performance data and propose improvement recommendations.
- Prepare and present technical reports and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience in technical services with a focus on electrical systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and controls.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulations and industry standards.
