Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above
5 to 7 years of relevant experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Parts
- Resolution of Technical Issues
- FPA / Vendors Regularization
- Alternate Sourcing
- Up-gradation / Process Re-validation
- Cost Analysis
- Capacity building of Vendors.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
