Regional Operations Manager

Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Karachi, Hyderabad, Peshawar
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 10 years of banking experience with at least 5 year in relevant field/Branch Operations.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Primary responsibility is to oversee Operations of Islamic Banking Branches with focus on internal controls, cost management through Onsite Visits as per defined frequency/checklist and Offsite reviews of Islamic Banking Branches through monitoring tools.
■ Managing the smooth operations of the Islamic branches in compliance with regulatory, banking regulations, Shariah, policies and procedures.
■ Leading and monitoring of Islamic branch operations in order to strengthen the branch operations controls.
■ Maintaining the branches service quality & upkeep with 100% results.
■ Supervise all ATM matters & uptime management, formalities regarding account opening, and implement KYC/AML policies/ Physical verification of Cash in Hand at regular intervals. (High value transaction Review Reporting, Data Cleansing, Inter Branch Reconciliation, Leakage of Income, Expense control & approvals, ATM Suspect Transactions, ATM Balancing, Security Stationery & Cheque Books controls in branches, Key Management, Staff Leave Roasters etc)
■ Preparation, analysis, maintenance and submission of all MIS reports to Head Branch Banking Operations and various departments (internal / external) in a timely & accurate manner.

■ Knowledge of Islamic Banking products and services.
■ Exceptional compliance, internal controls and reporting skills.
