Senior Manager – Internet Banking & Mobile App

Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
8+ Years of Experience
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
■ Manage Internet Banking, Mobile Application and Bill Payment system integrations, implementation and support
■ Good understanding of different message format and technologies used for integrations
■ Sound understanding of regulatory and international frameworks related to Internet Banking and Mobile App Security
■ Experience of Implementation / Support activities
■ Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for IB/M-App/UBPS related matters

10+ Years of Experience
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
■ Management of 24×7 ADC operations to ensure uninterrupted digital services.
■ Hands-on experience of ADCs Applications Integrations and support.
■ Manage day-to-day technical operations of Digital Banking applications and provide first level support to different cross functional teams
■ Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders
■ Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for ADCs related matters and production issues.
