𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Branch Operations Manager

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in a supervisory role

𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, finance, or related field

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Islamic bank branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, implementation of AML/CFT regulations and security protocols, Operational Risk Management etc.
Ensure that the branch is in compliance with all banking regulations / policies both Internal and regulatory perspective.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
Coach and develop branch staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
Monitor and manage branch performance, including dormant activation and fee income, customer satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of banking regulations and policies.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
