Regional Security Officer (North) – Contractual Position

Should be retired army officer

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

• Managing, monitoring supervising and enforcing security measures in all Branches/Offices located in the region as per the Government notifications, SBP/PBA directives and MIB policies.
• Ensure proper installation of BAS security system in the Branches/Offices and arrange their repairs through designated vendor. Recommended additional security equipment if need be, in view of peculiar security environment.
• Advise and arrange safety precautions against fire hazard, natural calamities and robberies and issue prevention plan to Branches/Offices.
• Control and monitoring guarding services for security of Offices/Branches within the area of responsibility and make arrangements of additional guard if required so, through approved security company.
• Visit Branches/Offices to ascertain the security loop holes and make arrangements for their rectifications and provide on job training to Branch Staff for timely and proper use of security in the Bank.
• Arrange periodical mock exercise/rehearsals, in view of various contingencies i.e. BCP and evacuation drill in case of fire/natural calamities.
• Ensure weapons and ammunition held by the guards are in serviceable condition, guards provided by the security company are physically and mentally fit, well trained and carried out firing practice regularly.
• Carryout liaison with city administration, police and other law enforcement agencies for better security of Branches/Offices in case of deteriorated law and order situation.
