Head of Liability Sales / Head of Direct Sales
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Proven experience of leading Direct Sales Teams for Business Development, Liability/New Deposits with a bank.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Responsible for developing and executing direct sales strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve ambitious sales targets across Pan Pakistan.
■ Lead, motivate, and empower a high-performing team of Cluster Managers, and BDOs to maximize sales, build strong customer relationships.
■ Explore new sales opportunities and acquire new customers and contribute to the overall success of liability sales business.
■ Responsible for executing corporate deals to secure profitable partnerships and drive revenue growth.
■ Prepare training plan for enhancing sales volume by intense training of sales staff by supervising on-job training, training seminars and meetings.
■ Undertake regular meetings with relevant RBG verticals to review sales performance and ensure that sales either meet or exceed beyond targets.
■ Responsible for the hiring of high quality Cluster Managers and BDOs. Assign clear and achievable sales goals to direct sales teams and track performance against targets.
■ Ensure that the service quality standards of the Bank are met and value added services are provided to customers, adhere with prescribed standards.
■ Work closely with all stake holders and provide feedback for improvement in process & systems.
■ Stay informed of market trends, competitor’s activity and regulatory changes and give inputs for policy review and liability sales product development activities.
