Minimum Graduate and Preferably MBA.

5 years in relevant product/ business stream. Presently working in similar role.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
■ Proficient in MS Word, Power point and Excel.
■ Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Responsible for managing Home remittance products while dealing performance & service issues along with product realignment.
■ Must be responsible for the revenue growth, expansion of new corridors for inward remittances.
■ Perform statistical data analysis and maintain MIS.
■ To engage all stakeholders to enhance service levels and reduce turnaround times for operational processes.

Graduate / BBA (Master, MBA preferred) from HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience as BDO in a sales team at Bank(s) / FIs and at least the last 3-4 years in managing business development team(s) / sales teams.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ Responsible to manage a team of 30 Business Development Officers directly assigned to increase the Bank’s NTB account run rate.
■ Responsible for consistent addition in current and saving account (CASA) deposits.
■ To manage and achieve periodic business targets allocated as per Bank’s policy for both self and all the BDOs in his team.
■ To ensure compliance with the relevant Shari’ah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct, and other respective policies.
