Position: IT Manager

Role Overview
To lead and manage our SAP landscape, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in SAP environments, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale IT operations, capable of aligning technology with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise IT strategy, governance, and technology roadmap.
- Manage SAP infrastructure (ECC / S/4HANA) ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, storage, and networks.
- Manage data centers, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- Ensure cybersecurity governance and enterprise network security.
- Lead IT operations across multiple locations ensuring high service availability.
- Drive IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage IT vendors, budgets, procurement, and project delivery.
- Lead and mentor IT teams to deliver high-quality service and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10–15 years of enterprise IT experience.
- Preferred Certifications: SAP / Cloud / ITIL / Project Management.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4HANA infrastructure environments.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure & virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V).
- Expertise in data centers, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience managing large IT projects and vendor ecosystems.
- Exposure to SAP cloud or hybrid environments preferred.
