Position: Channel Development Manager – OOH Head Office – Raiwind

Role Overview

Responsible for developing, establishing, and scaling the Out-of-Home (OOH) sales channel for the organization. This role will act as the custodian of the OOH business, driving revenue growth across new consumption touchpoints such as HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), educational institutes, hospitals, corporate offices, canteens, and travel hubs.

Reporting directly to the CEO and will operate independently from the traditional General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) sales structures to build a focused growth strategy for this emerging channel.

Develop channel-specific go-to-market strategies and business models.
Establish and develop the OOH sales channel as the third strategic pillar alongside GT and MT.
Develop annual OOH business plans including RTM strategy, pricing, and product mix.
Collaborate with marketing for OOH-specific activations and brand visibility initiatives.
Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term supply contracts.
Build and lead the OOH sales team as the channel expands.
Expand product availability in high-consumption, on-the-go environments.
Drive partnerships with institutional buyers and strategic accounts.
Monitor channel profitability, distribution reach, and growth metrics.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
7-10 years’ experience in FMCG sales, Key Accounts, or Alternate Channel Development.
Strong exposure to HORECA / Institutional / Alternate channels preferred.
Proven ability to build new business verticals or channels.
