Position: Accounts Officer – Accounts Payable
Location: Faisalabad (FIEDMC)
Requirements:
- Degree in M. Com, BBA, or BS (Hons.) in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or accounting support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX).
- High level of accuracy in data entry and invoice verification.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices for materials purchased and services received, including: Corn, Packing Materials, Boiler Fuel, General Procurement, Commission on Local Sales.
- Reconciliation of general and packing material suppliers’ balances.
- Preparation of boiler fuel purchase reports.
- Recording and verification of freight bills.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely posting of transactions.
