INVESTMENT ANALYST STRATEGY AND PLANING DEPARTMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Manager will be part of the in-house investment team, responsible for the identification, evaluation, and development activities of new investment opportunities in the local and international.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with management to identify new business ventures, as well as work towards the implementation of ideas generated by the company.
- Consolidation and analysis of financial data for new ventures/investments.
- Presentation of research/analysis in the form of reports or presentations to management to assist in the decision-making process.
- Development of Financial Models as part of the feasibility study.
- Actively partake in investment development activities including but not limited to liaison with relevant counterparts, data collection, documentary review, bid compilation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 2 years experience and CFA/ACCA/BS Accounting & Finance.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Knowledge of Financial modeling.
Suitable candidates must hold a master in any relevant discipline.
