Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with local and government regulations related to Quality and Safety.
Review and update SOPs relevant to the job requirements.
The Assistant Manager QA is responsible for preparing the process and cleaning validation protocol, executing the validation activities as per the protocol with the assistance of the concerned departments, and preparing the final validation report upon the completion of validation activities.
Develop APRR schedule and conduct annual product record review studies as per the schedule, including data collection from concerned departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver Agri business sales within the designated area to meet the assigned budget by implementing the Company’s sales strategies and policies.
Cultivate client relationships throughout all stages of the sales cycle and establish a strong network of farmers.
Create and maintain a prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales purposes.
Oversee the sales of Agro Chemicals products and provide after-sale service to customers as needed.
Offer a consultative solutions sales process to potential clients.
Develop a strong dealer network in the designated area.
Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations.
Provide account management for an existing territory.
Monitor customer information, forecasts, and reports while regularly reporting competitors’ activities.
Offer day-to-day guidance and training to support Field Officers in achieving desired sales results.
Liase with Agri government officials as needed.
