Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Maintenance Manager CFB at our Soda Ash manufacturing facility in Khewra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with company values, policies, procedures and legislative requirements in the plant area in order to contribute to achieving business HSE&S KPIs. This includes but is not limited to, the development and implementation of area-specific HSE&S improvement plans aligned with business improvement plans, conducting risk assessments of maintenance activities and delivering training on them, ensuring delivery of daily toolbox talks and monthly employee communications, conducting housekeeping rounds and behavior-based safety audits, highlighting learning events, and conception and implementation of HSE initiatives.
- Ensure availability of plant equipment as per budgeted target through SAP-based preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance system. Prepare strategies to minimise equipment downtime.
- Ensure asset integrity through efficient allocation and implementation of capital budgets with a focus on future requirements arising from equipment condition and business strategy.
- Stay abreast of knowledge regarding technical developments in the plant technology in order to encourage the plant maintenance team to propose new equipment or changes in existing equipment to optimise asset utilisation.
- Deliver financial KPIs for the area as per the assigned target.
- Ensure performance management through the identification of individual learning and development needs of the plant maintenance team with a focus on Success Factors. Ensure development and implementation of improvement plans for individuals based on identified needs.
- Ensure industrial harmony through an active role in matters related to HR such as unionised teams, to maximise team utilisation and conversion of all resources to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance to engineering standards and good practices through trainings, minimising reworks through analysis of breakdowns and elimination of identified causes, and identification of avenues for improvement in maintenance practices through research on the latest maintenance and management tools.
- Identify and implement avenues for improvement in equipment efficiencies. Ensure asset integrity through identification and effective utilisation of capital budgets.
- Ensure recording history of maintenance activities, routing of procurement and store issuance activities, planning of maintenance activities and analysis of financial and technical progress of respective section through SAP.
- Ensure implementation of ISO 9001-2015 requirements.
Key Skills:
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
