Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Officer Application Support – T24.

Key Responsibilities:

Business/Branches Functional Support
a) Provide resolution for issues faced by branches / operation for core banking application.
b) Understand and analyze business issue, identify/ provide solutions, and co-ordinate with development team/Vendor & other stake holders to deliver solutions.
c) Ensure full compliance of policies and regulations.
d) Vendor co-ordination for T24 support issues with NDC / Temenos where applicable.
e) Configuration analysis for the new business requirements related to T24 Core Banking System.
f) Actively participate in resolving user’s problems of branches & different corporate office departments in timely manner.
g) Providing support to operation/business team queries raised by end users for T24 on daily basis.
h) Review assigned HDMS call logs and resolve issues as per defined SLA.
i) Portfolio merger / split activity as per business requirement.
User Acceptance Testing & System Configurations
a) Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as per TAT.
b) Perform Changes in product configuration.
c) Record maintenance of UAT and configurations and parameterizations changes in T24 application through HDMS.
d) New branch configuration in T24 front-end setup.
e) New Booth and Service Center configuration in T24 front-end setup.
f) NIFT / Branch clearing setup in T24 front-end setup
g) Gold smith and Insurance company setup in T24 front-end setup
h) Perform any other T24 system/application configurations that can be managed from front-end and ensure related testing as per agreed areas of segregations
Schedule of Charges
a) Configuration, perform testing/UAT and ensure implementation of SOC changes bank wide T24 front-end setup.
b) Ensure that SOC is configured in system as per updated SOC & ensure its compliance as per given time line.
Capacity Building and Additional Tasks:
a) Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices within the function.
b) Assisting in any relevant tasks as and when entrusted by line manager.

Education & Experience:

Preferable a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce / Computer Science from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.
SQL & Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
5 years working experience in a financial institution with good knowledge of banking systems and IT applications. Minimum 2 years hands on experience of Temenos T24 related functional support, systems configurations and testing.
