Who are we looking for?
- Preferably Masters (major in Business Administration, Finance, IT or similar discipline) from a HEC recognized / overseas University.
- Minimum 10-year banking experience (preferably in ADC/ATM Operations).
- Preference will be given to Candidates with Hands-on Experience on T24 and migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- ADC 1-Link transactions settlements/reconciliations.
- RAAST transactions reconciliation and disputes management.
- Coordination with respective vendor for adherence to timelines & stationary management.
- Review of 1-link SOC & take up with ADC Tech, BSAS, Product team to align SOC & system accordingly.
- Periodical/Daily review/Supervision for ATM Card transactional reconciliation and settlement thereon.
- Coordination with relevant vendor/agent for timely transactional dispute resolution.
- Supervision of ATM excess cash GL review, ensure posting, monitoring, balancing & settlement
- Be the focal point for coordination & resolution of Customer complaints related to Debit Cards & disputed transactions.
- SDRS/MPG Disputed Cases review and authorization processing in system
- Debit card status hot marking status review, report preparation, authorization in IRIS (75+ days where card not delivered to customers)
- Preparations of ADC OPS related requirement initiation in HDMS raising BRDs, UATs & post deployment verifications.
- ADC ops new initiatives, Internal processes, SOPs revision and update.
- Coordination with KMBL branches & ATM Operations Desk for resolution of Customer Complaints within allotted TATs.
- Monitor MIS of logged calls, issue resolution & periodically report.
- Supervision of periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) SBP and internal/External reporting on Card, Transactions & ATM Operations.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (DRC, ITD etc.) and external (Vendors etc.) stakeholders for required data/information and onward reporting thereon.
Focal point for SBP, Vendor, periodic bills/invoices related to ADC operations and coordinate for approval and payment thereon.
Skills:

Who are we looking for?
- Graduate degree in Business Administration or Finance from an HEC recognized/overseas university. Certification in IBP will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience preferably in banking operations in any commercial bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & updating of Bank wide Authorized Signatory Book.
- Coordination with Branches, Area Offices and Corporate Office for signatory’s management (addition/deletion) as per staff onboarding, movements, resignations etc.
- Ensure permanent deletion of signatures on timely basis.
- Ensure timely circulation of updated ASB for branch use.
- Against critical observations of compliance audits (as shared by branch ops and CAD), prepare branch circulations in coordination with MBO.
- Gather and update ops responses on compliance items on Risk Nucleus.
- RAS portal management on behalf of Ops Governance.
- Prepare, review, refine and recommend changes in banking operational policies and procedures to maximize productivity, remove redundancies, mitigate risks & drive regulatory compliances.
- Support stakeholder in new and updated policies/procedures and reviews (departmental & cross functional) with respect to control environment, service quality standards and monitoring etc.
- Update stakeholders on new policies, procedures, operational arrangements, system enhancement etc. as applicable.
- Review reoccurring operational issues and develop solutions to mitigate / eliminate them.
- Assist & support line management in development of internal SOPs, governing documents, and their implementation across KMBL.
- Effective stakeholder management to resolve review/feedback gaps for timely roll-out of SOPs.
- Ensure proper reporting and visibility on bank wide P&P availability and updating status.
- Backup of BCP officer by gaining full knowledge of their domains, documents, operating models, yearly plans and stakeholder interaction.
- Any other assignment assigned by line manager.
Skills:
- Knowledge of SBP & SECP regulations is a pre-requisite.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Sound understanding of banking regulations. Incumbent’s role as banking operations trainer will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel across KMBL network.

- ATM & P2M transactions reconciliation and settlement thereon.
- Be the focal point for coordination & resolution of Customer complaints related to P2M & transactions.
- Resolutions on SDRS/MPG Portal for disputed Transactions (Issuer)
- Coordination with relevant vendor/Banks/SBP/1Link for timely transactional dispute resolution.

- Back up of Officer Settlement & Reconciliations
- Any other Task assigned by line Manager
