About The Job: The Marketing Campaign QA Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing timely Quality Assurance analysis of marketing email campaigns and producing reports according to stakeholder needs. In addition, he/she will leverage analysis results to help provide insights and recommendations for improving KeepTruckin’s email campaign program.
Responsibilities
- Create well-structured test plans and test cases based on the business and campaigns requirements.
- Clearly, document defects and provide detailed reproduction steps, artifacts, and prioritization.
- Work closely with Campaign Managers and Operations Executives to replicate, solve and prioritize issues as they are found.
- Assist with other aspects of the campaign management process including reviewing of business requirements; and campaign configuration and execution.
- Produce timely QA reports according to stakeholder needs.
- Leverage analysis results to help provide insights and recommendations for improving email campaign program.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field. Analyzing email performance is preferred.
- Knowledge of common QA methodologies and practices.
- Experience writing and executing test plans within a test case management tool.
- Experience building campaign audiences and executing email lists is preferred.
- Experience with data QA and platform implementation is preferred.
- Ability to check own work and produce accurate deliverables is required.
- Experience in working in a team-oriented, deadline driven environment.
- Strong analytic thinker with attention to detail.
- Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills. Apply
