Job Responsibilities:

Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
Manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Pay attention to detail and active listening.
Maintain reports and customer profiles.
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Must have exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills.
