Position: Senior Digital Payment & Loyalty Resources
Looking for senior digital payment and loyalty resource with relevant experience in E-commerce/ADC Industry.
Responsible to lead the commercial and payment process automation at KE. Leading ADC and VAS team. Drives efficient project management and critically analyzes operations and processes to maintain Alternate Delivery Channels and Value-Added Services. Participate for effective change management and provide guidance in terms of analyzing and developing cross modular solutions to different business needs.
The position requires an individual having its focused vision towards paving way and adopting means for more digitized solutions and building strategic partnerships. This individual will be responsible to design new means for e-billing/e-payment process and leverage various touchpoints for data enrichment. These responsibilities are carried with the objective to move away from conventional means of business and translate efficient modes to transform KE as a ‘Digital Utility’.
Required Qualifications:
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Overall 10 Years in Utility Sector and Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience in e-Commerce/ADC Industry
