- Good communication skills
- Presentable personality
Job Duties:
- Complete, accurate information to be communicated to customer with courtesy in first visit. 97% of the cases should be accurately initiated same day for processing and arrange documentation / requests pertains to financial, non-financial endorsements and surrenders requests from Walk In Customers.
- 90 % of all initiated cases of walk-in customer should be executed / decision taken and closed in system .
- Collaboration with different departments for request resolution.
- Channelize the Complaints / queries of walk-in clients to the concern departments and coordinate in order to provide satisfactory resolution.
