Jubilee General Insurance is looking to hire a ‘Health Coordinator’ to join our team in Islamabad, who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and internal staff, managing health insurance claims, and coordinating with marketing and other related departments for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to client queries and concerns, update claim settlement status, and assist clients throughout the policy period.
- Facilitate marketing staff’s efforts in collecting premiums by providing reports and invoices on a monthly basis.
- Assist clients with their Insurance Policy coverage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health insurance claims, payments, and correspondence.
- Manage the submission of health claims and follow up with branches and claims department to ensure timely processing of claims settlements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal staff to explain health coverage policies, products, and services.
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Location: Islamabad
Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience

Jubilee General Insurance is looking to hire a ‘Relationship Manager’ for its Motor Dealership Channel team, in Islamabad who will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with assigned Motor Dealerships while acting as the contact person between customers, Motor Dealerships, and JGI, ensuring prompt customer service.
Additionally, you will continuously prospect and seek referrals for motor business opportunities in the retail segment through Motor Dealerships, meet assigned targets from the Motor Dealerships, collect premiums in a timely manner, and arrange engagement sessions.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as MS Office skills, are essential.
Location: Islamabad
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or motor dealerships or showrooms.
