Position Title: Research Analyst – REITs
Location: Head Office – Karachi

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst with a strong foundation in real estate investment, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting the financial structuring of REIT transactions. A comprehensive understanding of REIT structure and regulatory frameworks is essential for this role.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
☑️ Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models for real estate and REIT-based investment projects, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
☑️ Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market research to evaluate real estate development and acquisition opportunities.
☑️ Analyze project cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and projected returns to support investment decisions.
☑️ Assist in preparing investment memorandums, board presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
☑️ Perform thorough due diligence and risk assessments on potential assets and partners.
☑️ Monitor macroeconomic trends, financial indicators, and regulatory developments affecting real estate and REIT markets.
☑️ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance for investment structuring and documentation.
☑️ Review REIT regulatory guidelines and support compliance alignment with SECP and other relevant authorities.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
☑️ Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience at a financial institution, NBFI, or consulting firm are encouraged to apply.
☑️ BBA in Finance, Investment, or related discipline is required.
☑️ Pursuing CFA, ACCA, or similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
☑️ In-depth knowledge of real estate investment and REIT structures.
☑️ Strong command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
☑️ Solid understanding of IFRS and real estate financial reporting standards.
☑️ Proven experience in conducting investment feasibility and financial due diligence.
☑️ Excellent reading, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
