Joyland Ltd is looking for the position of “Procurement Officer“
Qualification: BBA/MBA (Supply Chain Management)
Experience: 1- 2 Years
Location: Lahore
Job Description:
- Make purchase requisition and procurement plan.
- Make procurement of required material which may be related to electrical appliances, machinery, office equipment, food-related items, etc.
- Conduct market surveys for purchasing the best material concerning quality, prices, warranty, etc.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
- Research for potential new vendors to create an effective and efficient procurement system in the organization.
- Create win-win relationships with their vendors, and suppliers for getting profit in the long run.
- Prepare/complete bills and other documents as per request of stores and accounts department.
- Must have a command of E2E Supply Chain documentation.
- Should be good in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
