Position: Executive Engineer Job Location: Karachi
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary data for the development of retail outlets.
- Use survey data to create detailed 2D drafts and layouts, ensuring that all designs align with company standards and specifications.
- Regularly visit assigned sites to monitor progress and ensure that construction or modification work is being carried out in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with sales points of contact (POC) to ensure updates on construction progress and the standardization of existing buildings.
- Follow up with the Department of Explosives to manage the commissioning, modifications, and renewals of retail outlets, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are strictly followed at retail outlets, overseeing safety measures and audits to maintain compliance.
- Supervise the installation of company signage (Pre and Post), fuel dispensers, and other equipment at retail outlets, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
Required Qualification:
- DAE in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering roles.
Desired Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office.
