We’re Hiring: Business Manager
Lahore | Full-Time
We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and improve efficiency across our growing luxury fragrance brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee operations across sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail, warehouse, and customer support.
- Set and monitor departmental KPIs, targets, and performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure accountability.
- Manage key vendors, partners, and business relationships.
- Analyze business and sales data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop SOPs and processes to improve execution and scalability.
- Prepare regular business performance reports for senior management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in luxury, beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion, retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or other consumer-focused industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, financial, and commercial skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on, accountable, and results-driven approach.
