We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient e-commerce professional to manage our Shopify product catalog, website structure, and front-end enhancements.
Open Position: 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 – 𝐄-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify management, website catalog management, or a similar role
- Upload and manage product information on Shopify, including descriptions, images, pricing, sizes, colors, and other variants.
- Organize product collections, categories, sorting, and overall catalog structure.
- Manage website navigation, menus, mega menus, filters, and category hierarchy to improve the customer journey.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, updated, and published correctly across the website.
- Maintain catalog records and product data using Google Sheets.
- Identify and resolve product listing, catalog, and website-related errors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address catalog, content, and website-related requirements.
- Customize and enhance Shopify themes according to business needs.
- Modify product pages, collection pages, filters, menus, navigation, and other website sections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify theme and front-end functionality issues.
- Review and modify existing theme code while ensuring website stability and performance.
