𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are looking for proactive and field-oriented Retail Specialists to strengthen our installer network and drive product adoption in the solar market. The role focuses on engaging solar installers, expanding retail coverage, and improving market penetration within the assigned territory.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage and maintain installer database and related records
- Monitor competitor activities and submit market intelligence reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers
- Identify and activate inactive installers to increase engagement
- Encourage installers to prioritize installation of company products
- Organize installer meetups, product training sessions, and engagement events
- Share field feedback on market trends and installer needs
- Maintain strong coordination with installers and line manager
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, solar industry, or channel engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Good reporting and coordination skills
- Familiarity with the solar installer ecosystem is a plus
