𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Drive regional sell-out performance, manage installer relationships, and ensure strong retail execution. Lead sub-regional teams, maintain price discipline, and build long-term channel loyalty.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Own and achieve regional Sell-Out (SO) targets
● Monitor sub-regional performance & push teams to deliver results
● Ensure retail price discipline through regular market checks
● Build strong relationships with installers & retail partners
● Activate existing installers & improve brand loyalty
● Identify and convert key installers from competitor brands
● Plan & execute monthly installer trainings and engagement activities
● Support installers in resolving technical & market issues
● Collect market feedback & share actionable insights
● Strengthen brand visibility and retail execution in the region
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
● 2–5 years experience in retail sales / channel / field sales
● Experience in solar, inverter, battery, or electrical industry preferred
● Strong understanding of regional retail dynamics

Join itel Energy and be part of Pakistan’s growing solar revolution. We’re looking for a driven C&I Sales Specialist to expand our presence in the commercial & industrial sector.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Identify and engage commercial & industrial clients for solar and energy storage solutions
● Generate leads from industrial zones, factories, hospitals, malls & warehouses
● Conduct site visits and perform energy assessments
● Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies & system integrators
● Support EPC partners with product knowledge, system configuration & pricing
● Share market insights on demand for inverters, hybrid systems & BESS
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
● 1–3 years of experience in the solar industry
● Hands-on experience with hybrid inverters & energy storage systems (BESS)
● Experience working with industrial clients or EPC companies
● Strong skills in technical sales, presentations, negotiation & closing
● Willingness to travel frequently to industrial zones & EPC offices
