Job Description:
- Responsible for release & Quality monitoring of incoming materials as well as finished products related to plant
- Assist QAM in selection and auditing local supplier
- Maintain implementation of FSSC 22000 standard, WFP Specifications and further strengthen it by continuous improvement
- Assistance to production in QMS preparation of line control activities
- Assessment & auditing of line quality control activities at Cereal plant
- Responsible for Implementation of QMS and monitoring plans of Raw & packaging materials and Finished Products in line with Specifications
- Responsible to establish the trends for Cereal product composition and contaminant. Inform deviations to Management and initiate CAPA in case of deviation
- Responsible to implement HACCP studies of Cereal lines/ products, their validation & verification
- Handle quality related complaints of Product and assist concerned person to execute corrective actions. Maintain the complaint record and review the trends for continuous improvement
- Responsible to establish the Net contents report, over filling costs as well as non-quality cost of products on monthly basis
- To participate in Gap assessments and follow up of audit points as required by Internal Quality Auditing Program
