We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead key strategic projects at Ismail Industries Limited. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, have a strong grasp of engineering systems, and excel at managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects, including evaluating potential sites, determining infrastructure needs, and assessing environmental and regulatory factors.
• Perform research on technology options and engineering systems, analyzing market trends, equipment technologies, and regulatory impacts to inform decision-making.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to meet targeted project completion dates.
• Oversee the overall project lifecycle, from design to construction and commissioning, including buildings, packaged units, rotating and stationary equipment, piping, and other critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the design process and ensure timely progress.
• Plan and execute procurement of equipment and services, including developing contracts, soliciting and evaluating proposals, and assisting in contractor qualification. Ensure contract compliance during project execution.
• Manage the planning, execution, control, and closure of assigned projects within approved scope, cost, and schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Lead and coordinate engineering teams while working closely with procurement, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and quality assurance teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and implement safety protocols on-site.
