We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Port Qasim. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in plastic manufacturing and will be responsible for achieving engineering operational objectives, leading technical trades, and implementing robust maintenance plans to minimize machine and plant failure.
Job Description:
· Contribute to strategic plans and reviews to achieve engineering operational objectives
· Lead technical trades and ensure timely execution of corrective actions
· Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans
· Plan and guide projects, determining specifications and schedules
· Review manufacturer’s service manuals and maintenance records to optimize preventive maintenance frequency
· Reduce maintenance cost and time, and improve team efficiency through training and motivation
· Ensure GMP and safety culture is maintained
Skills:
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· MS Office
· Knowledge of SAP
