Inverex Solar Energy is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for its head Office Karachi.
Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
· Review and process incoming payments from clients
· Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
· Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues
· Generate and send out invoices and statements
· Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections activity
· Communicate with clients regarding payment status and overdue accounts
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and disputes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCOM) or a relevant field
· 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
